Resume Content: Resume text you submit for analysis is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.
Audio Recordings: Audio recordings from mock interviews and tutor sessions are processed for analysis and temporarily stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). They are not uploaded to our servers beyond what is required for AI processing.
Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, feature usage) to improve our services.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously. Your resume text is processed by our AI and returned to you immediately - it is not stored on our servers. Audio recordings are kept locally in your browser and only your last 3 attempts are retained. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission.

Google OAuth: For authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to the sign-in process.
Groq AI: For AI-powered resume analysis, cover letter generation, and feedback. Your data is processed by Groq's API for the sole purpose of generating results.
Vercel Analytics: For anonymized usage analytics.
MongoDB: For storing basic user authentication data (email, name) via NextAuth.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
